Replacement Dwelling - New Cotswold stone Farm House

We were asked by our client to work closely with Cotswold District Council (CDC) to propose a suitable replacement dwelling scheme, which would take the place of a rather dilapidated bungalow on an exquisite site, within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Drawing on historic precedents within the AONB and following a successful pre-app meeting with officers, the preferred direction chosen to go down was of a more traditional aesthetic. We look forward to taking this project to completion in close collaboration with our client.
